Refund policy

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, nor do we allow returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will exchange the product within 14 days of receipt of package. Such exchanges will only be facilitated on one occasion.

It is the responsibility of the customer to educate themselves on our returns policy prior to purchasing. HBB will not be liable for a customer being unaware of our returns policy.
