Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During Black November Sale please allow up to 72 hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Our standard shipping cost is R85 and orders over R650 are eligible for free shipping.

Once your order is processed, standard delivery time is 2-3 working days for major cities throughout the country. For outlying areas, delivery time is 4-5 working days.
